1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lens by Infranexis ("Lens," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lens is a cloud-based log routing and filtering platform. The Service allows customers to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and Registration

Account creation. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

One account per organization. You may invite team members to your organization account. Each invited member must agree to these Terms individually.

Security. You agree to notify us immediately at security@infranexis.com of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including suspension or termination of your account.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription plans. The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plan details and pricing are available at our pricing page. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you upgrade to a paid plan.

Payment. We use Stripe to process payments. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for the applicable subscription fee. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Upgrades and downgrades. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Overages. If your usage exceeds your plan's monthly log volume limit, we will notify you and may throttle ingest or prompt you to upgrade.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@infranexis.com.

Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We will add tax where legally required.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data. You retain ownership of all log data and configuration you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data processing. Log events are processed in-memory within the Lens agent running on your infrastructure. Routed events are transmitted to your configured third-party destinations. We do not store the full content of your log events on our servers, only aggregate metrics and pipeline configurations.

Data retention. Aggregate metrics are retained for 90 days on paid plans and 30 days on the free plan. You may export your data at any time.

Security. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service and your data. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property

Lens IP. The Service, including all software, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Infranexis, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except the limited license to use it.

Open-source agent. The Lens agent software is distributed under the MIT License and may be subject to separate open-source license terms.

Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Suspension and Termination

By you. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you: violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension except where doing so would expose us or others to risk.

Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain Customer Data for 30 days post-termination, after which it may be deleted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that all defects will be corrected. Third-party services integrated with Lens (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Elasticsearch) are subject to their own terms and we make no warranty with respect to them.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL INFRANEXIS, INC. OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infranexis, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Customer Data; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that prohibits the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) or by displaying a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
